packages and subcontracts with SwimmingPoolNow.com, Inc to install the system. SwimmingPoolNow.com, Inc reserves the right to provide all
the services after installation. The pool partner makes a profit on the retail sale of the fiberglass pool packages. The pool
partner can also solicit his past customers.
Wholesale Program
SwimmingPoolNow.com, Inc provides sales and installation training, and then wholesales the pool equipment to his pool partner. The
pool partner designs, sells, installs and services the fiberglass pool packages. The pool partner makes all profits on equipment
and labor.
